For the TwiYCon II, I would need 8 Volunteers to represent their home country. If you want to become a representative, please leave me a message on my Yahoo ID: welcome2thedarksyd telling me your name (real one), age, gender and your location (city & country). I only need at least 8 people so the first 8 people to volunteer would serve as a representative for where they’re from.

I also need 5 Volunteers for moderators. So if you want to become a moderator, please leave me a message on my yahoo ID: welcome2thedarksyd I only need 5 so the first 5 people that send me message me would be the mods for the Conference. What’s the role of the mods? They would help out with the control of the flow of the conference. If you volunteer to become a moderator, you will be disqualified to join the trivia contest (because you will be the one giving questions/keeping tabs on the people who answers).

What are the duties of a Country Rep Volunteer?

If you sign up for the country representative volunteer job, you can still join the contest. As a volunteer you’re main duty is to be a diplomat. you’ll have to keep people from you’re home country (I’m not saying that they will but in an event this huge you have to take every precaution) from fighting with other people from another country cos we don’t want anyone to think bad about where we’re from. If you’re a country rep volunteer, you’re main duties will be:
1.) To keep fellow countrymen/women in check (you’ll remind them of the rules: no cussing, no racial slurs, no ethnic slurs, or anything that might constitute as an attack to people from a certain country).
2.) Promoting understanding and stability among the members of the
international community. (in short, just basically be FRIENDLY to everybody)
3.) You will have to come to the conference at least 40minutes -1 hour ahead of everybody to welcome everyone who arrives. So you have to have FREE time to do this stuff.

What are the duties of a Modz Volunteer?

If your volunteering as a moderator, keep in mind that you will not be able to join the Trivia Contest (because you will be privy to all the info regarding the contest). You also have to attend the conference 30minutes-1hour ahead of everybody to be briefed.
Your main duties will be:
1.) Help out with the main organizer of the conference
2.) Keep track of the scores for the Trivia Contest. (You’ll help out with recording individual contest scores.)
4.) Help out the Country Rep Volunteers as needed.
5.) Help out on any technical errors we encounter as we progress through the conference.

You will also be briefed of any additional duties 30-40 minutes prior to the conference.

There’s a lot of boy Twilighters out there. It just so happens that girl Twilighters outnumber them 40 to 1. Which is not bad, if you ask me. What boy wouldn’t like to be surrounded by GIRLZ? I know my younger brother won’t complain. He even pretended he read Twilight, when I took him to a book release party, just to get the girls to talk to him even though he had never picked up a book in his life. The bastard. haha

Anyway, you all probably already know Kaleb Nation.

But No Stalking please! hahaha Some of these guys are happily committed to their girlfriends! And we don’t want them getting into trouble just because we find them smexy! First off, I wanna congratulate the Philippines! They are showing Twilight there 1 day ahead of the US release date. I remember when they first started the online petition way back, Twilight Lexicon just recently said that online petitions doesn’t work. http://www.twilightlexiconblog.com/?p=1018 Now I couldn’t help but lolx.

Can you imagine? In the petition, the Filipinos were asking for a December 12 release date.. and they got November 20? Holy Cow!
