Someone did a summary of reports on the Lion_lamb:
Some folks reporting for Just Cullen have returned with summaries (1, 2) from the Sitges Film Festival — including some details from the theatrical trailer. I can understand Spanish, but I suck at translating, so if I missed something or got something wrong, please let me know. Obviously, spoilers under the cut.
The scenes may be out of order since I’m grabbing them from both reports.
1.) We see Bella saved by Edward from the van and the imprint he leaves on it. We then see Edward leaving the scene of the accident and leaving her there.
2.) An amazing kiss between Edward and Bella that doesn’t seem to have an ending.
3.) The “you really shouldn’t have said that” clip
4.) Edward, Spider-Man style, climbing up the trees with Bella on his back. He rips a branch from it and shows it to Bella.
5.) Bella telling Edward that she knows he’s a vampire — they focus on his lips as soon as she says “vampire.” (thanks to [info] dianapassy for the correction) Edward asks if she’s afraid, and she says no. We also see them lying in the meadow (I’m a bit confused about this part, sorry).
6.) Some of the ballet scene and the fight. A scene of James without a shirt (lol).
7.) Also some parts of the cullens protecting bella after the ‘you brought a snack’ part.
8.) Scene of All the cullens in the cars with james after them
9.) Finally, we see Edward and Bella at the top of a tree and you can see the sun and the sky. You can’t really see the effect of Edward sparkling.

From the lovely [info]i_got_trouble who was there: “It’s really really good, the kiss is just… *melts* Though they have changed a few things because I think it happens in the restaurant and Edward’s like “I want to try something…” and kisses her. And the “You are my life now” line happens when Bella’s in the car with Alice and Jasper.”
*note from the reporter: Confused about the lack of sparkle. Seems to contradict reports.

and there was another source (lifeisfast from the same board) who shared this:

I heard the ~sparkle~ was more of a glistening/satin/glowy effect then diamonds. I had a serious fan girl moment and freaked the *beep* out whilst they showed clips of the meadow scene, dancing to debussy, bella and charlie conversing over pie in a restaurant, extended clips of the fight sequence… and.. very brief image of edward sparkling, bare chested in the meadow
also, edward saying something to bella to the extent of “what if i’m not the good guy? what if i’m the bad guy/villain or something?”
of course it ran over more of the central plotline, but omfg, edward dazzling.
- a brief clip of the baseball scene before laurent and victoria and james show up - a nice shot of jasper lookin fine with his stupid *beep* baseball cap, and a few shots of rosalie lookin mighty pissed, and i think carlisle and esme saying something to each other along the lines of “he looks so happy” or w/e. not much about any of the siblings really, just brief shots of them looking vampiric and pale and hot.

My own report as to my sources:

Apparently, there was a film festival in Spain called Sitges Film Festival 2008 (see pictures from the festival HERE) that showed the 3rd trailer to the audience. The audience was not allowed to take pictures or videos inside and security was very tight so we’ll still have to wait until Thursday for the full trailer. BUT OMG! A KISS? A sparkling Edward? OMG. I think I just died and went to heaven!!
I’m also excited to see the scene where Edward rips off a branch from a tree and showed it to Bella. That is so vampirish!

I will be online on Thursday and will be in the chatroom on my profile waiting starting around 5pm EST (my time in Jacksonville, Florida). 5pm EST is 5am in the Philippines/Malaysia and 4 am in Indonesia.

Seth (Stephenie’s webmaster) said they will release the trailer on the widget below my chatbox at 8pm PST. But I calculated the counter on the widget and I got 3pm PST. And I’m not sure which one to believe since both are reliable sources. So just to be sure, I’m going to show up earlier than planned. Cause I don’t want to miss it.
